Privacy policy

Tellal is a Google Sheets add-on, operated by CodEven (Cengiz Mert Türkmen, sole proprietorship, Turkey), that sends SMS through the user's own Netgsm or İleti Merkezi account and WhatsApp template messages through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. This policy explains what data the add-on and the website gettellal.com handle, and why.

Google user data the add-on accesses

• The spreadsheet you have open (scope spreadsheets.currentonly). Tellal reads the header row and the rows you choose to send, and writes the send result (status, message ID, time) into three columns of that sheet. It cannot open any other file in your Google Drive.
• Showing the sidebar (scope script.container.ui).
• Connecting to external services (scope script.external_request). Used only to call the messaging provider you connect (Netgsm at api.netgsm.com.tr, İleti Merkezi at api.iletimerkezi.com, or Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API at graph.facebook.com) and Lemon Squeezy's license API (api.lemonsqueezy.com).

Tellal does not read your email address, Google profile, contacts, Drive or Gmail.

How the data is used

• For SMS, values from the rows you select (for example a name, an order number and a phone number) are placed into the message text you wrote and sent with your own account to your SMS provider (Netgsm or İleti Merkezi), which delivers the SMS under its own terms.
• For WhatsApp, values from the rows you select are placed into the WhatsApp template you chose and sent from your own WhatsApp Business number to Meta's Cloud API. Meta then delivers the message. Meta's handling is covered by the WhatsApp Business Terms.
• Spreadsheet data is processed inside Google Apps Script, in your own Google account. It is never sent to servers operated by Tellal. We do not store, log, sell or share your contacts or message contents.
• Your SMS provider credentials (Netgsm username and API password, or İleti Merkezi key and hash) and your WhatsApp access token, phone number ID and WhatsApp Business account ID are stored in Apps Script user properties, which belong to your Google account and are not visible to other users of the spreadsheet. Disconnecting in the sidebar deletes them.
• Your chosen template and column mapping are stored in the spreadsheet's document properties so the sidebar remembers them.
• If you enter a Tellal license key, it is sent to Lemon Squeezy to check that it is valid.

Limited use

Tellal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and no human at Tellal reads it.

"Connect with Facebook"

When you use this option, Meta's Embedded Signup window runs on gettellal.com. Meta returns a one-time code, which our server exchanges with Meta for an access token for the WhatsApp Business account you selected. The server then subscribes the app to that account, registers the phone number for the Cloud API, and passes the token back to your browser. Nothing is written to disk or a database; the request is not logged with its contents. The token is then stored in your Apps Script user properties as described above.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email and order details so we can provide support.

The website

gettellal.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage.

Deleting your data

Choose "Disconnect" in the sidebar to delete stored credentials, then remove the add-on from Extensions › Add-ons › Manage add-ons. The status columns stay in your sheet until you delete them. To delete purchase records, email .

Eklentinin eriştiği Google verileri

E-posta adresini, Google profilini, kişilerini, Drive'ını ya da Gmail'ini okumaz.

Veriler nasıl kullanılır

• SMS'te seçtiğin satırlardaki değerler (ör. ad, sipariş no, telefon) yazdığın metne yerleştirilir ve kendi hesabınla SMS sağlayıcına (Netgsm ya da İleti Merkezi) gönderilir.
• WhatsApp'ta değerler seçtiğin şablona yerleştirilir ve senin WhatsApp Business numaradan Meta'ya gönderilir.
• Tablo verisi senin Google hesabındaki Apps Script içinde işlenir. Tellal'ın sunucularına hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Kişilerini ya da mesaj içeriklerini saklamaz, kaydetmez, satmaz, paylaşmayız.
• SMS sağlayıcı bilgilerin (Netgsm kullanıcı adı ve API şifresi ya da İleti Merkezi key ve hash) ile WhatsApp erişim anahtarın, telefon numarası ID'n ve WABA ID'n Apps Script kullanıcı özelliklerinde, senin Google hesabında saklanır. Paneldeki "Bağlantıyı kaldır" bunları siler.
• Lisans anahtarı girersen geçerliliği Lemon Squeezy'ye sorulur.

Sınırlı kullanım

Tellal, Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri Google API Services User Data Policy ve Limited Use şartlarına uygun kullanır. Google kullanıcı verisini reklam için kullanmaz, satmaz; Tellal'da hiçbir kişi bu verileri okumaz.

"Facebook ile bağlan"

Meta'nın kurulum penceresi gettellal.com üzerinde açılır. Meta'nın verdiği tek kullanımlık kod sunucumuzda erişim anahtarına çevrilir, numara Cloud API'ye kaydedilir ve anahtar tarayıcına geri verilir. Hiçbir şey diske ya da veritabanına yazılmaz.

Ödemeler

Ödemeleri satıcı kaydı (merchant of record) olarak Lemon Squeezy alır ve kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler.
