Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Tellal Google Sheets add-on and gettellal.com ("Tellal", "we"), operated by CodEven (Cengiz Mert Türkmen, a sole proprietorship in Turkey). By installing or using Tellal you agree to them.

What Tellal does

Tellal sends SMS through your own Netgsm or İleti Merkezi account, and WhatsApp template messages from your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, using data in your spreadsheet. You need your own account with the provider you use. Your SMS provider and Meta charge you directly for messages under their own terms and prices; Tellal does not resell messages.

Your responsibilities

• Message only people who have agreed to receive messages from you, and follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and the laws that apply to you, including consent and commercial-message rules (in Turkey, Law No. 6563 and the İYS system).
• You are responsible for the content you send and for the data in your spreadsheet.
• Keep your access token and license key private.

Plans and payment

The free plan allows up to 25 messages per day per Google account. Pro removes that limit for the subscription period. Payments, taxes, invoices, cancellations and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. If Tellal doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Availability

Tellal depends on Google Apps Script, your SMS provider, Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and Lemon Squeezy. We can't guarantee those services, or Meta's approval of your templates, account or messages. Tellal is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update Tellal and these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. We may suspend licenses used for spam or abuse.

Bu koşullar, CodEven (Cengiz Mert Türkmen, şahıs işletmesi, Türkiye) tarafından işletilen Tellal E-Tablolar eklentisinin ve gettellal.com'un kullanımını kapsar. Tellal'ı yükleyerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

Tellal ne yapar

Tablondaki verilerle kendi Netgsm ya da İleti Merkezi hesabından SMS, senin WhatsApp Business numaradan Meta WhatsApp Cloud API üzerinden şablon mesaj gönderir. Mesaj ücretlerini SMS sağlayıcın ve Meta kendi koşul ve fiyatlarıyla doğrudan senden alır; Tellal mesaj satmaz.

Senin sorumlulukların

• Yalnızca senden mesaj almayı kabul etmiş kişilere yaz. WhatsApp Business Mesajlaşma Politikası'na, Ticaret Politikası'na ve 6563 sayılı Kanun ile İYS kurallarına uy.
• Gönderdiğin içerik ve tablondaki veriler senin sorumluluğundadır.
• Erişim anahtarını ve lisans anahtarını kimseyle paylaşma.

Planlar ve ödeme

Ücretsiz plan Google hesabı başına günde 25 mesaja izin verir. Pro, abonelik süresince bu sınırı kaldırır. Ödeme, vergi, fatura, iptal ve iadeleri satıcı kaydı olarak Lemon Squeezy yürütür. İstediğin an iptal edebilirsin. İlk ödemeden sonraki 14 gün içinde yazarsan tam iade yaparız.

Hizmet ve sorumluluk

Tellal; Google Apps Script, SMS sağlayıcın, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API ve Lemon Squeezy'ye dayanır. Bu servislerin kesintisiz çalışmasını ya da Meta'nın şablon ve hesap onaylarını garanti edemeyiz. Tellal "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
